Plant-Based Cake

Combine all ingredients and mix on low for 2 minutes using a paddle attachment.
Scrape bowl and mix for an addiional 3 minutes on medium.

Plant-Based Crumble

Incorporate soften margarine with cake mix and combine well.
Press mixture through a screen to create a crumby texture.

Assembly

Pour 2000 grams cake mix to a greased parchment lined full sheet pan.
Pipe at least 1000 grams of Topfil origins on top.
Finish with 1000 grams of Plant-Based Crumble.
Bake at 325°F for 35-40 minutes.
