Take half or the 35 gram rounds and wet them before rolling in a grain mixture.
Make Up
Take 6 of the small rounds 3 coated in grains and 3 uncoated and place in loaf mould alternating between the plain and grain covered rolls. The finished loaf will weigh around 210g before baking.
