Roll out into a roughly 12 inch strand. Cut the strand down the middle leaving one end together. Roll the ends in opposite directions twisting the strands together. Coil the strand on itself in a pinwheel shape.

Depress the center of the pinwheel with thumb. Fill cavity with Deli Lemon Curd.
