CL Chocovit has a smooth, creamy texture and a rich chocolate flavor.
CL Chocovit custard has excellent stability and freezes well. It can be baked in flans or used as filling on warm pastries. Also makes an ideal filling for cakes, donuts, cream horns, eclairs, tortes, parfaits, etc.
Method
Combine CL Chocovit with water and/or milk as listed above.
Mix 1 minute in low speed; scrape down.
Mix 2 minutes in high speed, until a smooth, custard is obtained.
Note
Keep finished custard refrigerated.
