Add the water and oil to the mixing bowl and add the Tegral Steam Cake Donut on top.
Mix on low for 1 minute.
Then mix on medium for 2 minutes.
Let the batter set for 5 minutes.
Pipe the batter in finger molds.
Steam them for 8-10 minutes.
Freeze.
Unmold the donuts and dip them in melted butter then toss in a cinnamon/sugar mixture.
