Caramel Cappuccino Bark

Working Method
  • Slowly heat chocolate until 120 F. 
  • Fold instant coffee into chocolate until well incorporated. 
  • Using a palette knife spread chocolate over a half sheet pan that is layered with a guitar sheet. 
  • Before setting, sprinkle generously with caramel chips and cocao nibs. For best result shock cool bark.
