Softgrain 5 contains wheat, spelt, rye, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds soaked in sourdough. The result is a ready-to-use blend of tender tasty grains. Softgrain 5 can be used in a wide range of applications. Recommended dosage is 5-35%. No change in recipe required, the product can be added straight to the dough.
Dosage recommendation: 5-35% on flour weight. Store in a dry place - max humidity 65% - between 5 and 25 °C. Keep for maximum 14 days at max 4°C after pail is opened.
