Water, sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin (E440)), acid (citric acid (E330)), antioxidant (sodium METABISULPHITE (E223)).
Ready to use product, do not add water. Stir gently with a spatula until obtaining the desired texture and apply on the top of your bavarois or mousse. For an easier application, the mousse should be frozen before being finished. For a more sophisticated finishing, add Puratos Classics, colors, flavors, etc.
