Ingredients

Water, sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin (E440)), acid (citric acid (E330)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)), thickener (xanthan gum (E415))

Ready-to-use. Do not add water. Preheat the spray machine to 80-90 °C. Spray on the confectionery at a distance of 5 to 10 cm from the products to be glazed while keeping the nozzle vertical.
