Made from sustainable ingredients, Carat Nuxel Hazelnut offers a next level taste and texture food experience, but also an ethical one. Carat Nuxel Hazelnut also includes carefully selected cocoa powder sourced from Puratos’ Cacao-Trace program and the hazelnuts are grown on sustainable farms that are RFA/UTZ-certified, combined with fat that is RSPO SG. Carat Nuxel fillings: a tasty, sustainable & versatile solution for every type of creation.

Ready-to-use filling, with a stable texture between 15-25°C that can be used in bakery & patisserie applications before and after baking. Store in a dry place (R.H.: max 60%) between 15 and 20°C. Seal the packaging properly after each use.
