    • I have filled out the registration form and set my password, but I have not received the confirmation email to activate my account.

      First, remember to check whether the confirmation email is in the "Junk/Spam" folder of your mailbox.

      If you cannot find it, contact us

    • Step 1: You click on MyPuratos at the top right and then on "Sign up" 

      Step 2:

      If you are already a Puratos customer:

      Enter your customer number (you can find it on the invoice) and your email address, then set your password. 

      If you have never bought anything from Puratos:

      Enter your company information and your email address, then set your password. 

      Before clicking on the "Registration request" button, remember to check the box "I declare that I have read and approved the MyPuratos data protection policy".

      Step 3: You will receive an email with a link to activate your account. If the email does not arrive, remember to check the "Junk/Spam" folder of your mailbox.

      Click on the link in the email and your account will be activated. You will be able to log in to MyPuratos.

    • Yes, it is totally possible. One account can have multiple e-mail contacts, associated with different users. All orders will be placed through the same account and the users will all see the same information.

    • My Puratos is available for all professional bakers, patissiers and chocolatiers. You don't need to be a Puratos customer to get access to the webshop. You can request your account by filling the register form. Please note that a TVA number is required.

    • Even if you are not a Puratos customer yet, you can register on MyPuratos with this link. After completing all the steps in the registration form, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Once this step has been completed, you can log in and start using your MyPuratos Account.

    • This is not currently possible. It is something we might consider in the future – accessing several accounts with the same e-mail / username. At present, if you have two or more stores, each with a different VAT number, you will have to create different accounts on MyPuratos.

    • I have filled out the registration form with my customer number and email address, and I have set my password. However, when I clicked on "request registration" I got a message saying that my account could not be created and that I had to provide additional information.

      When you create your MyPuratos account, we check that your customer number and email address match the data entered in our system. If this is the case, your account will be created automatically.

      However, it is possible that the email address you provide is recent and does not match the email address we had previously registered. Or simply that your email address has never been registered in our system. In these cases, we ask you to provide additional information to be sure that the request comes from you and that no one is trying to take over your identity.

      Once we have received and verified this additional information, we will be able to proceed with the activation of your account. If after 3 or 4 working days you still do not have access to MyPuratos, do not hesitate to contact us by email or ask your representative to update your customer file.

    • To change your password, click on the My Puratos icon at the top right in the navigation. Click  on " Log-in" and choose below for "Forgot your password?". You will receive an e-mail to change your password by chosing a new one. 

      1. Go to the Recipes section
      2. If you are interested in a recipe, click on the heart at the top right. When the heart is filled in, it means that the recipe has been added to your favorites.
      3. To return to your dashboard and see the recipes that you have saved, click on "My space" and then on "MyPuratos home".
      4. In the menu on the left, click on "My favorite recipes".

    • To enjoy an optimal browsing experience on MyPuratos, we advise you to avoid using Internet Explorer and to use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

    • We have not yet developed a MyPuratos app.

      The good news is that MyPuratos can be accessed from any device: computer, tablet or mobile. It adapts to the size of your screen. If you are browsing from your mobile, remember to use the central menu to navigate the different sections.

    • On Android

      Open MyPuratos with your browser, then click on the three small dots at the top right;

      Choose the option "Add to home screen"

      Click on "Add"

      The shortcut will be added to your home screen. Click on it to access your MyPuratos account directly.

    • Click on "MyPuratos home" to reach the MyPuratos dashboard

      In the menu on the left, click on "My Promotions". You can see all your exclusive promotions there.

    • I have already logged into MyPuratos from my computer. Can I also log in on my mobile?

      Yes, you can log in on multiple devices at once using the same login and password.

      If you add a product to your cart from your computer, simply refresh the page on your mobile to see your cart update.

    • To change the email address, you need to contact our customer service. We will remove the old account, and you can register again as an "existing customer". The data will remain unchanged in your new account. 

    • To see the technical information for products, you need to log in first. Then go to the product page and click on "Documents" below the images of the product to download and view the technical data sheet. 

      1. Go to the Recipes section
      2. If you are interested in a recipe, click on the heart at the top right. When the heart is filled in, it means that the recipe has been added to your favorites.
      3. To return to your dashboard and see the recipes that you have saved, click on the "My space" icon.

      Then click on the central menu and finally on "My favorite recipes".

    • On an iPhone

      This option is only available with Safari.

      Open MyPuratos with Safari, then click on the icon at the bottom of your screen, with an arrow pointing upwards;

      Choose the option "On the home screen";

      Click on "Add";

      The shortcut will be added to your home screen. Click on it to access your MyPuratos account directly.

    • Click on "MyPuratos home" to reach the MyPuratos dashboard

      In the menu on the left, click on "My Invoices". There you can see an invoice list with the detailed information and download option.

    • On your computer

      Use the menu on the left to navigate the different sections of MyPuratos.

       

      On your tablet or mobile

      Use the central menu to navigate the different sections of MyPuratos.

    • If you are already a customer (you have a valid customer number):
      try logging out and then logging back in to your account.

      To log out, click on "my space" at the top right and then on "log out".
      Then, click on MyPuratos at the top right and then on "log in".

      If you have already tried logging out and logging back in, and you still don't see your usual products, contact us.

    • Yes, your customer number is linked to your account, so the product price will be exactly the same as the one you get from your sales representative.

    • You can return to your dashboard at any time.

       

      On a computer

      Click on "My space" at the top right and then on "MyPuratos Home":

       

      On a tablet or mobile

      Click on the "My Space" icon.

    • If you have several delivery addresses, you can select one of them for the delivery at the checkout.

    • I am offered several delivery dates when I finalize my order. Can I choose a date other than my usual delivery date?

      Your usual delivery day remains unchanged, even if several dates are offered to you on MyPuratos.

      If you have any questions about your delivery date, do not hesitate to contact your MyPuratos representative.

      Your representative will also be able to inform you when there are changes, especially during public holidays.

    • When I add products to my cart, I see the animation indicating that the product has been added, but after a while, the icon disappears and I no longer know which of the products in my usual products list are in the cart.

      To check which products you have already added to your cart, simply click on the "Cart" icon, at the top right.

      At present, the products added to the cart are not indicated in the "My usual products" section.

      1. Once you have added all the desired products to your cart, click on the cart icon, at the top right.
      2. You will be redirected to the "cart" page. Click on "Order" at the bottom of the page to place your order.
      3. Select your delivery and billing addresses. If you only have one address, click "next". If you have more than one address, use the arrows to open the drop-down menu and choose your option.
      4. Select the next available delivery date. If you have several available dates and you are not sure which date to choose, contact your representative.
      5. You will see a page with the summary of your order. Check the box "I declare that I have read and approved the general conditions of sale" and then click on the "Order" button to finalize your order.
      6. You will see the confirmation page "Thank you for your order!" and you will receive a confirmation email.

    • If you have bought from Puratos before, you can use your usual payment methods and pay your invoices by the agreed payment term. 

      If you are a new customer, you can pay using online payment (credit cards, etc.)

    • When you finalize your order, you will see the confirmation page "Thank you for your order!" and you will receive a confirmation email.

      If you do not see this message at the end of your order or if you do not receive the confirmation email, it means that your order has not been transmitted and will not be processed.

      If you have followed all the steps indicated in the Finalize my order section and you do not see the confirmation page, please contact us.

    • The packaging of the products is indicated in the "Details" section of the product sheets and in the "Packaging" column of the "My usual products" section. To be sure of the quantity ordered, always refer to the quantity indicated in "Packaging".

      Do not take into account the information present in the description. This is logistics data that does not correspond to the quantities that you can order.

      Example: Medium Williams pears in light syrup Italy

      The quantity to be taken into account is the one displayed under "Packaging": 1 can.

      Even if the description indicates Carton 6x2650ML, the basic quantity is one can, as indicated in packaging.

      If you want to order 6 cans, you must then select 6 units with the + button.

    • You can display 12, 24 or 36 products per page in the "My usual products" section.

       

      On a computer

      Choose your option from the drop-down menu.

       

      On a tablet or mobile

      Click on the "Search" button and then choose your option from the drop-down menu.

    • To add a new delivery address, please contact us.

    • Use this space only for comments related to your order (for example: you couldn't find a product, you are only available in the afternoon, etc.).

      For other questions, use the contact form instead.

    • In the menu on the left of MyPuratos dashboard, click on "Order by Excel". You can add multiple products to your cart at once by importing an Excel file into this page. Follow the steps below:

      1. Download the Excel file template

      You can use this template to add the products. Please make sure you enter the correct Material Number - reference number for each product.

      The "contract number" field is optional. You can ignore it if you do not have a contract.

      2. Send your file  

      Once you have added all the desired products to your Excel file, you can send it to add the products to your cart. Click on "Order by Excel", then upload the Excel file. The import may take several minutes depending on the number of products in your list.

    • On the top right of the page, you will find the "Contact" button to get access to the contact form. You will find our contact number, email, and address there. You can also fill out the form to contact us about specific problems. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

    • To change or cancel your order, please contact us.

    • Click on "MyPuratos home" to reach the MyPuratos dashboard

      In the menu on the left, click on "My Order". There you can see an order list with the shipping status. For more detailed information about the orders, please contact us.

    • On a computer

      Use the filters on the left or the search function on the right. If you use the search function, type the desired keyword, and click on the magnifying glass icon (or press "enter") to start your search.

      On a tablet or mobile

      Click on "Search". You can use the available filters or search with keywords.

      1. In the MyPuratos menu (side menu on a computer or central menu on a mobile or tablet), click on "Find a product".
      2. You can use the search bar or the filters to find your product.
