Mix all the dry ingredients in a cutter, until they are pulverized, pack the powder obtained in airtight containers and away from humidity and direct light.
When we want make our hot chocolate, we just have to weigh 220g of the mixed powder and pour it into the chosen drink (rice milk, soya, coconut.....), stirring with a whisk or a spoon, bring to a slight boil and serve.
You can serve the chocolate with whipped skimmed milk
